This policy covers smarthosting.io and siteviu.com, operated by Intelligent Solutions LLC, 101 N 7th St Ste #301, Louisville, KY 40202. The short version: these are marketing sites with no user accounts, we run no advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect on this site

• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record standard request logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We process these server-side for security, uptime, and to understand aggregate interest in our preview pages. We do not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts in your browser.
• Booking details. If you book a discovery call, our self-hosted scheduling system collects the name, email address, and any notes you choose to provide. We use them to hold the call and follow up about it.
• Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive confirmation of the payment and your contact details so we can deliver what you bought.

Email

If we wrote to you about a website preview, that email includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Opt out once and we stop writing. We do not buy or sell email lists.

What we share

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business, such as our hosting infrastructure and Stripe for payments, and only for those purposes, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited operational window and then discarded. Booking and customer records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices
